Sr Advisory Solution Consultant, Core Business Solutions/HR Solutions (Korea)

📋 Description

• Become expert on ServiceNow CBS solutions for Korea market.
• Help enterprises modernize employee workflows and ERP integration.
• Deliver product demos addressing customer requirements.
• Answer technical and functional questions from customers, partners, and teams.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Mentor Korea-based Solution Consultants on CBS capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in solution consulting or presales for ERP/HCM/HR transformation
• Experience in HR Service Delivery, Service Center ops, or HR process redesign
• SaaS experience preferred
• Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)
• Proven presales skills: RFI/RFP writing, presenting, and demos
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle enterprise buying cycles
