📋 Description

• Partner with enterprise customers, CISOs, security architects, and identity leaders to understand
• Translate complex security requirements into compelling solution strategies and measurable business
• Lead technical discovery, architectural discussions, executive workshops, and strategic solution
• Provide deep technical expertise across Identity Security, Identity Governance and Administration
• Help customers understand and realize the value of ServiceNow's expanding security portfolio
• Architect solutions that address identity visibility, access intelligence, least-privilege

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in identity security, including IAM, IGA, and privileged access, with identity as
• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, access governance, entitlement management
• Subject matter expertise in identity security architectures for large, complex enterprises, with
• Understanding of emerging security challenges involving AI agents, machine identities, and
• Ability to connect complex technical capabilities to meaningful security and business outcomes.
• Proven track record in presales, solution consulting, security architecture, or technical advisory
