Sr. Affiliate Payment Ops Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the full payment lifecycle from signed agreement through payout, for commissions and
• Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates on anything commission or endorsement contract
• Build trust with affiliates who have questions or frustrations and have strong follow-through on
• Partner with Affiliate Managers to verify deliverable completion ahead of each cycle
• Provide final sign-off on payment accuracy. You'll partner with your Revenue Operations counterpart
• Own payout disputes, clawbacks, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, and self-referrals end to

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in commissions, partner or affiliate payouts, revenue operations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with payment or vendor management platforms such as RAMP, Bill.com, Tipalti, or
• Affiliate or partner program experience, particularly in SaaS. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms such as FirstPromoter. (Preferred)
• Exposure to FTC endorsement rules or partner program compliance. (Preferred)
