🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of establishing, prioritizing, and achieving business goals.
• Significant experience as an Agency Management Specialist, with demonstrated success in agency
• A college degree preferred, along with at least 6 years of underwriting, marketing, or field
• Four years of Agency Management and rating experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and results-oriented
