Sr. Agile Transformation Coach

📋 Description

• Teach, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile values, Scrum, SAFe, Lean Agile, and
• Lead Agile transformation initiatives for teams, programs, and portfolios, supporting the
• Identify and develop Agile advocates who can mentor peers and strengthen Agile maturity throughout
• Coach teams on sprint planning, user story mapping, estimation, daily stand-ups, demonstrations
• Monitor Agile metrics, identify potential delivery issues, and help teams develop and implement
• Design and deliver structured and ad hoc training on Agile principles, Scrum, Product Ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior Agile Coach in environments using Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, or
• A proven track record of coaching and transitioning teams, programs, and portfolios to Agile ways
• Extensive experience leading Agile transformations at scale within large enterprise organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), SAFe, and
• Demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams, influencing behavior, and supporting
• Extensive experience with Jira or Microsoft Azure Boards.
