📋 Description

• AI-native data systems and ML pipelines in production.
• Ship daily with incremental updates and feature flags.
• AI tooling as a core workflow multiplier for engineering.
• End-to-end ownership from design to production and cost.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions with reversible changes.
• Collaborate with product, design, infrastructure, and GTM teams to drive value.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production-grade backend and data systems in AWS and/or GCP.
• Hands-on AI/ML integration in production workflows.
• Active use of AI-assisted development tooling (Copilot, Cursor) to boost throughput.
• Strong backend skills in Java (Spring Boot), Python, or Go; data modeling.
• Demonstrated expertise in automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Preferred: ML-Ops in production; Parquet/Athena; ADRs.
