• Support the development of multichannel customer relationship strategies, using CRM best practices
• Develop and monitor customer lifecycle strategies covering acquisition, onboarding, product usage
• Build and manage customer journeys and communication programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Define and develop communication programs and nurturing journeys that deliver relevant messages
• Support the development of customer lifecycle strategies, helping establish a clear view of
• Define and analyze metrics that support the evolution and improvement of marketing and sales

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst, with practical experience
• Experience developing or supporting multichannel customer journeys and communication strategies
• Experience with customer lifecycle strategies, including acquisition, onboarding, usage, retention
• Experience developing and monitoring customer journeys and communication programs within Salesforce
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and interpret metrics that support marketing
• Experience managing mailings, campaigns, operational relationship processes, and performance
