📋 Description

• Lead data workstream for complex implementation projects.
• Develops data management approach with leads and clients.
• Collect, interpret and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
• Perform quality checks and resolve data issues with stakeholders.
• Execute ETL to scrub data, build upload templates, upload to VMS.
• Mentor and train junior analysts; ensure data governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years data analysis experience.
• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, formulas).
• Proven experience managing data.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
