Sr. Analyst, Client Assurance

📋 Description

• Own EWA updates and ongoing management, data validation, status tracking, and leadership visibility.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting highlighting trends, risks, and actions across client
• Lead survey follow-up activities to drive accountability and closure.
• Drive CSAT follow-up activities and support newsletter content with metrics and insights.
• Investigate discrepancies between EWA, CSAT, and project health flags; provide root-cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems
• 5–8 years in professional/consulting services, services operations, PMO support, or business
• Based in India with required overlap with US time zones.
• Experience using operational/financial data (PSA, CRM, ERP, survey tools).
• Strong attention to detail; ability to manage recurring reporting cadence and action tracking.
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI/reporting tools.
