📋 Description

• Dashboard creation and analytics design for leadership
• Build high-complexity SQL queries powering dashboards
• Present findings via visualization tools to stakeholders
• Incorporate benchmarks into charts, graphs, and pivot tables
• Identify and communicate trends in quality and spend metrics
• Audit data quality and apply testing algorithms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of data management, analysis, QA, and auditing healthcare data
• Intermediate SQL programming experience (Snowflake preferred)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (complex formulas, nested functions, pivot tables)
• Strong communication and collaboration across remote teams; proactive prioritization
• Preferred: understanding of value-based care/Medicare; experience with R or Stata
