📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day operation and user support of AMAP and XLAB BI platforms.
• Coordinate incident resolution, user access management, and system maintenance activities for SFE
• Work closely with BTS and external vendors on requirements, design, testing, and deployment of
• Support Power BI reporting improvements to meet evolving business needs.
• Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency of platform outputs.
• Serve as key point of contact for PAM (Event Activity Management) operations and enhancement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Statistics
• 3-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, CRM/SFE, Data Analytics, or Business Systems
• Experience in system operation, requirement management, and project coordination.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical aesthetics, or FMCG industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
