Sr. Analytics Engineer - Data Warehouse (Hybrid, Bangalore)

📋 Description

• Lead architecture of efficient data transformation systems from Snowflake data lake to clean data products.
• Build and maintain a governed, scalable analytics system (DW/DV).
• Collaborate with BI analysts and data scientists to ensure data accessibility.
• Foster data democratization via activation on Smartsheet platform, Amplitude, Thoughtspot, Gainsight.
• Create and implement data testing plans for data quality, validation, and regression testing.
• Mentor teams through design reviews and engineering ideation forums.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in advanced data modeling using Data Vault 2.0, dbt and Snowflake.
• Experience with data transformation, dependencies, and workload mgmt (Data Vault, dbt, Airflow).
• Build and maintain analytics layers and semantic models for self-service use.
• Strong production experience supporting analytics/DW with mission-critical data.
• Familiarity with data governance for a single source of truth.
• Familiarity with self-serve analytics tools: Amplitude, Thoughtspot, Tableau, Gainsight.
• Knowledge of code management and CI/CD (GitLab, Airflow, Terraform).
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, EC2, VPC).
