Develop and modify preliminary equipment layouts based on customer input.
Produce documents to assist with securing construction contractor bids.
Create as-built documents for projects after completion of construction.
Integrate 3rd party vendor drawings into existing building drawing sets.
Convert files from Teamcenter, SketchUp, Revu Bluebeam, PDF into Revit and AutoCAD.
Perform feasibility assessments for architectural, fire safety, structural, and MEP.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in design, architecture or other technical discipline.
5+ years' experience creating architectural construction documents (plans/elevations/sections/details).
Experience with Revit, AutoCAD and Revu Bluebeam.
