Sr. Associate Account Management

📋 Description

• Review and analyze loan applications and supporting documentation including income, credit reports
• Evaluate and calculate borrower income from various sources including salaried, hourly, commission
• Review appraisal reports, AVMs, and residential valuation documents to validate property value and
• Prepare detailed underwriting summaries, identify red flags, and document conditions and
• Collaborate with processors, loan officers, and internal stakeholders throughout the underwriting
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential risks in loan files. Ensure all underwriting

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
• Mortgage industry certification or licensing (e.g., NMLS) preferred
• Strong understanding of the 4 C's of Credit (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral)
• Expertise in income calculation and financial analysis, including self-employed and non-traditional
• Comprehensive knowledge of residential loan products and investor guidelines
• Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), with Encompass experience preferred
