Sr. Associate, Client Engineering (Mexico City)

📋 Description

• Works with customers' and partners' developers, architects, analysts, and support to set up complex integrations.
• Collaborates with Glia Product and Engineering teams using JIRA to report bugs and Slack.
• Provides troubleshooting on bugs and defects raised via Service Desk or virtual channels.
• Helps customers understand Glia capabilities and adopt best practices.
• Interacts with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success to find solutions.
• Be ready to work in a fast-paced environment!

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in software development, customer support/service, support engineering, or related.
• Strong customer empathy to deliver positive experiences.
• Excellent reading, listening, and writing skills in English.
• Good knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs, and cloud solution troubleshooting.
• A firm understanding of tech stacks common to the Web ecosystem.
• High competency in communicating complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to professionally address customer concerns and provide concise feedback.
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
