🎯 Requirements

Certification or degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
2-3 years of experience in Instructional design
Experience developing digital learning content
Proficient with Articulate Storyline/Rise and Captivate
Strong content structuring and writing skills
Detail-oriented and collaborative with SMEs
