Sr Associate - Salesforce Revenue Cloud

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pricing and billing processes.
• Document functional requirements and create solution architecture and ER diagrams.
• Understand end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, and bundling.
• Implement Salesforce Billing for invoicing, payment collection, and revenue recognition.
• Design integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, payment gateways, and tax engines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years Salesforce experience with Revenue Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Hands-on experience with subscription management and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on CPQ implementation and Quote-to-Cash experience.
• Integrations with NetSuite/ERP via REST/SOAP and middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi.
• Excellent communication skills; Agentforce knowledge (Desirable).
• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
• Revenue Cloud Consultant
