Sr Associate - Transaction Services

📋 Description

• Use GAAP knowledge to advise on financial, operational, tax issues in M&A
• Conduct research and analyze financial and accounting issues in deals
• Prepare quality of earnings and networking capital analyses
• Participate in executive interviews with target companies
• Draft reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• Manage workstreams with the project team and mentor juniors

🎯 Requirements

• CPA/CA/MBA Finance or Accounting degree
• 2-4 years in transaction experience incl QofE, working capital, cash flows
• Advanced Excel: SUMIF/SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH
