Sr Attorney

📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide variety of agreements, including merchandise licence
• Lead negotiations directly with licensees, agents, external counsel and business stakeholders to
• Develop commercial solutions that balance legal risk with business objectives and revenue
• Advise on the exploitation and protection of Hasbro intellectual property across global licensing
• Review approvals, brand guidelines, creative materials and marketing assets to ensure alignment
• Support global promotions and strategic marketing partnerships involving major brands, retailers

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE (post-qualification experience).
• Strong knowledge of the licensing industry, with brand and entertainment intellectual property
• Demonstrable expertise in contract negotiation and drafting.
• Creative, motivated, supportive team player, with a high level of organisation and attention to
• Strong client relations skills, commercial pragmatism, business sense, and the ability to make
• Ability to manage and prioritise a substantial and diverse workload.
