Sr. Auto Casualty Adjuster

📋 Description

• Own a caseload of litigated auto liability and bodily injury claims through resolution
• Develop litigation strategy by reviewing complaints, amended actions, and case facts
• Analyze claims exposure and build negotiation strategies for settlement
• Review pleadings, discovery, and motions to align plans with case developments
• Collaborate with defense counsel, claims counsel, and management on strategic planning
• Mentor junior adjusters through file reviews and complex claim coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years auto claims adjusting experience
• 3+ years auto injury claims and litigation experience
• Florida insurance code, PIP, and bad faith framework; multi-state experience preferred
• Mentor junior adjusters through file reviews and complex claims coaching
• Advanced ability to memorialize case activity in writing and verbally
• Active adjuster license; willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed
