Build and maintain automation to grow Starlink customer base and improve experience.
Build alerts and monitoring for current automation systems.
Manage all requests and stakeholders in a scalable way.
Own automation status (health, credits issued, etc.).
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to migrate automation to website solutions.
Design measurable and well-scoped experiments.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or STEM.
4+ years in engineering, software, data analytics, VC, or consulting at a tech company.
4+ years of Python experience.
Expertise in SQL and Python.
Understanding of database structures, query optimizations, ETL.
Automation experience (VBA, Python, C#); ability to explain technical concepts.
