Sr. Aviation Development Engineer (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Lead Starlink service launch with airline partners
• Establish and maintain program governance with timely reports to teams and leadership
• Run strategic reviews and workshops with stakeholders and partners
• Engage with customers during pre-sales to define technical and operational plans
• Coordinate artifacts for licenses, type approvals, regulatory audits with stakeholders
• Navigate schedules and dependencies to maximize SpaceX resources and customer success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
• 5+ years in engineering or a technical program/product mgmt role bringing programs to market
• Experience navigating complex aerospace programs with manufacturers from ideation to rollout
• Experience with industry certification and regulatory compliance
• Documentation deliverables on tight timelines and strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel 0-25% and work extended hours as needed
