Sr Backend Engineer - AI

📋 Description

• Noz AI teammate: agent orchestration, tool execution, results streaming
• MCP server exposing observability data to LLM agents for querying logs, metrics, and traces
• Agent backends: long-running execution, security, SSE streaming, tool calling, cross-DB session state
• LLM/GenAI observability with OpenTelemetry
• Remote-first, high-ownership projects in a fast-moving team

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years backend production experience; Go and Python
• Strong Go (concurrency, channels, performance) and async Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio)
• Built and shipped LLM features in production: agents, tool calls, evals, MCP, prompt engineering
• Experience building distributed systems; clean, scalable code
• Ability to drive initiatives end-to-end: problem discovery to design to implementation to rollout
• Comfortable in a high-ownership, fast-moving, remote-first environment
