Improve core inference services: networking, speech processing, audio transcoding, latency/memory optimization
Develop processes to measure, build, and optimize services for performance
Debug complex system issues across networking, scheduling, and HPC
Rapidly customize backend services to support customer needs
Partner with Product to design and implement new services end to end

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in an industry role
Rust (or C, C++), with Python
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
Strong version control experience, preferably Git
Experience with UNIX-style systems
