🎯 Requirements

5-8 years of experience in Go
Strong understanding of concurrency, locks, channels, and Go performance
Experience building distributed systems with clean, scalable code
Loves open source with OSS contributions
Ability to drive end-to-end initiatives from idea to rollout
Excellent written and verbal communication for tech docs
