🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of directly relevant experience in HR or benefits operations.
  • Experience working with Workday and other HR systems, including absence management and employee
  • Demonstrated experience administering corporate health and wellness benefits and leave of absence
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms to organize, analyze, and report workforce data.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
