📋 Description

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
  • Coordinate BIM across architecture, structural, MEP disciplines
  • Perform clash detection and constructability reviews
  • Lead BIM coordination with in-house and external design consultants
  • Establish BIM standards, protocols, and workflows with stakeholders
  • Transition BIM workflows in-house, including data migration and training

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
  • 6+ years hands-on BIM specialist/modeler experience
  • 8+ years BIM coordination on high-rise projects (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; Dynamo; Siemens NX
  • Experience with BIM workflows: clash detection, coordination, federated modeling
  • BIM certification (Autodesk Revit or AGC BIM)
