📋 Description

• Own and evolve the core brand system: guidelines, components, assets.
• Raise brand quality across pods with clear guidance and resources.
• Develop and maintain visual identity standards across Payward brands.
• Define brand behavior across emerging surfaces, AI, motion, and new products.
• Collaborate with pods to fix brand system issues at the root.
• Translate crypto concepts into clear brand guidance for non-brand teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience as a brand designer in agency or in-house.
• Systems thinking as a default mode.
• Experience with motion design or collaboration with motion designers.
• Brand identity expertise with scalable visual systems.
• Strategic affinity; define brand direction upstream.
• Strong communicator; articulate decisions to designers, PMs, marketers, leaders.
