🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising sales, or brand partnerships, ideally at a
• An established network of relationships with CPG brand marketers and agency partners, with the
• Strong understanding of creator and UGC content programs, brand marketing strategies, campaign
• Experience managing enterprise accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding
• Proven ability to create and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures, and best-practice
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, to manage pipelines, track account activity

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $114,000–$140,000 per year.
• On-target earnings (OTE): $228,000–$280,000 annually, including base salary and target incentive
