🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 6 years in brand strategy in agency/market research with healthcare focus.
• Health literacy across healthcare landscapes (patients, payers, providers).
• Core fluency: brand positioning, competitive analysis, audience insights, journey mapping.
• Communications planning for integrated omnichannel campaigns.
• Creative brief writing that informs creative work.
• Toolkit: Miro, Mural, qualitative interviews, surveys.
