Sr. Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Support knowledge management (KM) operations and SharePoint Online administration, ensuring
• Create and maintain SharePoint lists, document libraries, modern pages, metadata structures
• Monitor, triage, and track knowledge management tickets, coordinating resolution and providing
• Support the development and maintenance of program assets, including process documentation
• Identify duplicate, outdated, or abandoned SharePoint content and coordinate cleanup
• Manage and coordinate the Lessons Learned process, including collecting submissions, facilitating

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent
• An Oracle Cerner certification may substitute for 3 years of the required experience.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including document libraries, metadata tagging, lists
• Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and improve process documentation, procedures
• Experience supporting technical, clinical, or program management office (PMO) teams in complex
• Experience supporting change management, reporting, workflow tracking, issue resolution, escalation
