Incident management experience, leading on- and off-hours ad hoc support teams.
Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, and related methodologies.
Experience building, writing, and executing test cases (JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, LoadRunner).
Excellent communicator—verbal and technical writing across all levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Root cause analysis of systems and data issues.
