Identify data gaps and work with engineering to improve data collection.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, CS, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business analytics, consulting, or growth ops.
3+ years SQL and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
1+ years leading projects.
Advanced SQL skills: joins, window functions, optimization.
Experience with forecasting, LTV, CAC, or pricing analysis.
