🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency: written and spoken (B2+ CEFR)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Information Systems, Finance, or CS
• Knowledge of advanced data analytics and ML techniques
• BI/visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio
• Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic modeling
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
