Sr. Business Analyst- HR Data

📋 Description

• Elicit requirements via interviews, workshops, surveys, and analysis
• Produce artifacts: requirements docs, use cases, data models, visuals
• Analyze data from multiple sources; distill to detailed requirements
• Collaborate to prioritize requirements and deliver info products
• Ensure data requirements meet acceptable response times and reliability
• Produce dashboards/reports using Power BI; review feature updates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a BA supporting HR BI needs
• Exceptional communication/presentation; adapt messaging to audience
• Interpersonal skills: diplomacy, negotiation, problem solving
• Strong analytical skills; interpret business needs
• Strong facilitation to gather requirements
• Ability to set priorities and work independently in a fast-paced env
• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, or related field
• Visa sponsorship not available; US work authorization
