Sr. Business Analyst, Salesforce

📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of business-critical technology projects, delivering them on time
• Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Product Management, Operations, Data, and
• Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders, using creative tools and techniques to
• Translate business requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications and designs that
• Manage the delivery of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, and report on

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems or IT, delivering and supporting application services
• Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including
• Experience with order-to-cash processes, including Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle processes, including Billing, claims submission to health
• Strong knowledge of sales, finance, and accounting processes and standards, including revenue
• Proven ability to elicit complex business requirements from both business and technical audiences
