Sr. Business Analyst (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses (SQL and other methods) to identify issues and opportunities.
• Define metrics and dashboards to quantify customer health and drive change.
• Collaborate across levels to map workflows and identify gaps.
• Develop automation to accelerate revenue and improve efficiency.
• Own data integrity, tooling, and reporting quality.
• Train users on dashboards, APIs, and tools; assist troubleshooting.
• Improve data capture for Account Management; work with developers on table structure.
• Support new market launches and cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in reporting/analytics in operations, supply chain, or consulting.
• 3+ years building datasets and dashboards with Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
• 3+ years in Python or R.
• 1+ year leading projects.
• Bachelor's in business, supply chain, MIS, CS, engineering, or economics.
• Advanced SQL (joins, views, optimization).
• Advanced DB structures knowledge and ETL development.
• Automating analytics tasks with VBA, Python, or C#.
• Experience in startup/consulting or fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build relationships across disciplines and management levels.
• Experience with customer operations tools (ticketing, account management, communications tools).
• Willing to work long hours and weekends as needed.
