🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, info systems, CS, eng, or econ; OR 5+ years in workforce management
3+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, demand forecasting, or analytics
2+ years experience using advanced Excel and SQL
2+ years experience in statistical modeling, applied math, OR, or related field
Proficiency in Python
Telecom or ISP industry experience
