Sr. Business Application Engineer I

📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale AI agents — including deep agents within our internal platforms that
• Own and evolve custom automation tooling used directly by the Support organization, identifying
• Apply prompt and context engineering techniques, and where applicable Retrieval-Augmented
• Build and maintain integrations between AI agents, Zendesk, and internal knowledge/data systems
• Partner directly with Support leadership and other Post-Sales Systems engineers to translate
• Champion best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered agents or automation tooling in
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for backend and automation development.
• Experience integrating with a customer support/ticketing platform (e.g., Zendesk) via APIs.
• Experience with AI agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex) or building custom
• Proven ability to independently own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from identifying a
