📋 Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate into specs aligned with project objectives.
• Perform advanced data analysis, profiling, and validation across healthcare data.
• Develop source-to-target mappings and complex business rules for data transformations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, solution architects, and PMs to deliver solutions.
• Investigate and resolve data, reporting, workflow, and system issues across teams.
• Create and present data findings, recommendations, and design solutions to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large US healthcare organization.
• 5+ years of data analysis and profiling in healthcare clinical/administrative data.
• 5+ years of source-to-target mappings and complex business rules.
• 5+ years of SDLC experience.
• 3+ years writing advanced SQL queries.
• 3+ years with relational databases and data warehouses.
