Collaborating with sales to prospect territories and own outreach

Qualifying opportunities and sharing best practices with BDRs
Onboard and train new BDRs and improve team processes

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Required)
1+ months outbound outreach experience; software sales a plus
Experience with Sales Automation and Prospecting Tools
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong organizational and time management
Ability to thrive in a fast, changing environment
