• Own end-to-end top-of-funnel sourcing, from role calibration to candidate handoff.
• Partner with recruiters to define profiles and translate needs into search strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of dedicated sourcing experience in-house, agency, or executive search.
• 2+ years sourcing senior-level candidates (Senior Manager to Director).
• Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, CRM.
• Proven ability to build diverse, high-quality pipelines across IC and leadership.
• Strong outbound recruiting skills with personalized messaging.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for sourcing automation.
