📋 Description

• Drive cost analyses and provide clear recommendations on vendor quotes
• Lead sourcing across suppliers/categories; support standardization and PR/PO.
• Own vendor relationships; negotiate pricing/terms for maximum value.
• Balance quality, cost, and delivery to ensure business continuity
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priorities and deliver solutions
• Manage multiple initiatives with structure and follow-through

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive purchasing or procurement experience
• Lead cross-functional teams during sourcing initiatives
• Strong project management; manage multiple priorities
• Proven negotiation skills for complex business problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Visa sponsorship not available; must be authorized to work in the US
• Background check may include credit check where permitted
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, purchasing, or related field
