Sr. Category Manager (Indirect/Corporate)

📋 Description

• Lead indirect spend category strategy across IT, services, and marketing.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Marketing.
• Lead sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs) with stakeholders.
• Advise on supplier selection, pricing, and contracts.
• Build scalable procurement processes and ERP-enabled capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management (indirect spend).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management across indirect categories.
• Experience partnering with IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Marketing.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems to support sourcing and purchasing.
