Sr. Certification Specialist

📋 Description

• Review student records, monitor enrollment activity, and process enrollment certifications through
• Ensure that enrollment reporting, reconciliation, and certification activities comply with
• Collaborate with academic advising operations, financial services, and other internal departments
• Assist current and prospective students in addressing issues related to their VA educational
• Coordinate with international and overseas points of contact to facilitate accurate and timely
• Follow applicable State Approving Agency (SAA) and VA requirements, as well as internal Veterans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited higher education institution.
• At least two years of professional experience working within a higher education institution
• Knowledge of student enrollment processes, educational benefit administration, and regulatory
• Experience using PeopleSoft and the VA Enrollment Manager system is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to manage records, documentation, and
