📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with Pinterest Partners in the German CPG team, advising on
• Coordinate with internal teams (Measurement & Insights, Performance Solutions, Product
• Translate partner goals into data-driven insights and actionable media strategies (targeting
• Lead the “how” conversations with advertisers, ensuring optimal campaign setup and ongoing
• Explain complex Pinterest ad features and roadmap to partners, guiding best practices and
• Present solutions clearly, handle objections professionally, and identify cross-sell opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Digital advertising sales experience with high-value relationships and data-backed storytelling.
• Strong forecast management and goal achievement track record.
• Excellent communication across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Team player in fast-paced environments with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Expertise in digital advertising and media sales across Search/Shopping/Display/Social; data-driven
• Technical foundation with experience in ad tech; proficient with AI tools to improve productivity
