📋 Description

• Retain and grow partner value; drive Pinterest revenue.
• Coordinate partner negotiations; create joint business plans with partners.
• Orchestrate internal support for client/agency to solve strategic challenges in measurement and integration.
• Track, analyze and communicate key metrics and trends to partners.
• Own the why Pinterest conversation with advertisers to shape media mix.
• Present tailored digital media strategies aligned with partner goals and insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in marketing/advertising with media and data measurement.
• Established industry relationships with executive-level leaders.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Translate partner value across exec, operations, creative, media & analytics.
• Expertise in digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimization and analytics.
• Based in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
