📋 Description

• Retain, grow and diversify value for partners, increasing Pinterest revenue in Argentina, Chile and Columbia.
• Coordinate negotiations to create joint business plans; manage stakeholders; hold regular partner meetings.
• Orchestrate internal support from measurement to integration to deliver partner goals daily.
• Produce weekly updates outlining current status, opportunities, and sales pipeline accuracy.
• Own the 'why' Pinterest conversation to influence advertisers' view of Pinterest in their media mix.
• Present tailored digital media strategies and translate data into insights to drive ad investment and revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in digital advertising and media sales.
• Technical acumen in Search/Shopping/Display/Social ads.
• Established relationships with marketing leaders in Latin America.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Ability to translate partner value across exec, operations, creative, media, and analytics teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
