🎯 Requirements

English and Spanish proficiency.
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years in sales/account management in digital advertising, media agencies, or AdTech.
Advanced efficiency: AI/productivity tools to automate tasks and scale operations.
Deep understanding of video metrics (VTR, CPV, Viewability) and optimization.
Excellent consultative communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
