Sr. Clinical Laboratory Associate

📋 Description

• Under supervision of licensed personnel, perform high complexity testing for commercial samples.
• For non-commercial samples, perform routine molecular tests including extraction, PCR, sequencing.
• Assist with sample receiving and accessioning per SOPs.
• Operate high-throughput automation workstations and use LIMS and related software.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure reagents and materials are available for daily workflow.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment and instruments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biological science or related field.
• 5+ years clinical lab experience; 4+ years in molecular biology.
• Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques used in microbiology lab.
• Strong communication, accountability, and adaptability in a dynamic lab.
